• Employees, officers, and directors of ConciergeWeb LLC, along with its affiliated entities, parent, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, legal advisors, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate or receive prizes.
• Videos entered must be original works. By entering, participants warrant that his or her entry materials are original, do not infringe on any third party’s rights, and that participant has obtained any necessary permissions from any third party if a third party or third party’s property appears in the video. BoomerTowne reserves the right to disqualify any entry if it finds in its sole discretion that any of the foregoing warranties are not true. Decisions of BoomerTowne shall be final and binding.
• Void wherever restricted, taxed or prohibited by law.

Users may vote for three videos each day. Users should rate their top three favorites in order of preference from their top favorite, second favorite and third favorite. Users receive three BoomerTowne Points for each vote for a maximum of nine BoomerTowne Points each day. Users may vote for the same videos each day.

• Prizes for the Video Contest are: BoomerTowne Points as follows:
  • First place: 10,000 BT Points
  • Second place: 5,000 BT Points
  • Third place: 3,000 BT Points
• Prizes – The winners will be announced after each month’s contest ends

• Concierge Web, LLC will notify winners by e-mail. Concierge Web, LLC is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected notification. E-mail notifications do not constitute a guarantee of payment of any kind.
• Concierge Web, LLC will verify the eligibility of the winners prior to awarding any prize.
• All federal, state and/or local taxes/duties are the sole responsibility of the winner
• By entering the contest, participants agree that Concierge Web, LLC may post their names on the Web site if they win, and may use the winner's name, voice, likeness, biographical information, winning entry and statements accurately attributed to winner for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion purposes without further notification or compensation.

• Contests run for one month each, and a new contest begins each month.
• Videos submitted must be approved by Concierge Web, LLC prior to being entered into the contest. Users may only have one video entry per contest.
• Concierge Web, LLC may terminate and permanently disqualify any entrants in any prize drawing or other activity on BoomerTowne site who Concierge Web, LLC, in its sole discretion, determines as being in violation of these Official Rules. If Concierge Web, LLC terminates a player's BoomerTowne Account and/or disqualifies a player from the play of any Game(s), the player will immediately lose any right of access and other digital content associated with his or her Account. All decisions by Concierge Web, LLC are final.
• BoomerTowne.com, their parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, agents, and representatives" are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operations or transmission; theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, computer transmissions, or for technical telephone equipment, electronic, hardware or software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions of any kind; or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive entry information by BoomerTowne on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof.
• BoomerTowne.com, their parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, agents, and representatives" are not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed software transmissions which may limit a participant's ability to participate, or damage user's system as a result of participation, or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Games
• If technical difficulties compromise the integrity or ability to continue online registration or play, Concierge Web, LLC reserves the right to terminate the contest prior to the stated date by which all registrations must be received

• By participating in the BoomerVision Videos, each participant agrees to release and hold BoomerTowne.com, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of BoomerTowne.com, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Games, the entry process, or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy
• All entries become the exclusive property of BoomerTowne.com, and as such, BoomerTowne.com has the right to edit, adapt, modify, publish, promote and otherwise use or not use the entries and the information contained therein in any way it sees fit. Entries will not be returned
