How come I’m not receiving my three points for rating BoomerTowne Jokes, as well as Quips and Quotes?
You can earn up to 100 BoomerTowne Points each day by rating Jokes as well as Quips and Quotes. Once you’ve reached the 100 point limit, you will only receive points for the page views.

There are several reasons why your points may have appeared to not be increasing:

  1. You only receive points per unique page view. So if you’ve visited a page more than once in a particular day, you’ll only get one point that day for viewing that page.
  2. There are daily limits on some of the activities you can do to earn points. Check out the How to Earn BoomerTowne Points page to find out more.

If you continue to have problems with points that are unrelated to the above points features, please let us know by sending an e-mail.

I redeemed some of my BoomerTowne Points and placed an order but have not received my prize yet. How come?
BoomerTowne Points orders may take 6-8 weeks for delivery based on availability. All BT Prizes are shipped to your given address via USPS or other shipping services. After shipping to the given mailing address, we assume no further responsibility. To ensure delivery, verify your mailing address prior to sending your order.
