In case of fraud or abuse involving BoomerTowne Points or the Referral Program, BoomerTowne.com has the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, and all points and certificates earned through BoomerTowne Points and the Referral Program may be forfeited or the account closed.

Referrals will be evaluated and points awarded at the end of each month.
