Absolutely!  Thank goodness an immediate family member works for a food chain that gives discounts, otherwise, we would not eat as healthy.

 I clip coupons and use them.  I'm doing more baking and cooking to lower costs.

 I have always clipped coupons,but not always used them,but now I do. I look for the ones that we can use and concentrate on them.  I find alot of them in the Sunday paper for the over the counter medicines that we need to use.

I agree this is one of the things in life that we all need . We also have cut back on treats,eating between meals are just out of the question. We share a piece of meat ,when we do have meat, and try to eat more vegetables from the garden. We are blessed to have wonderful friends and relatives that share with us, so we don't have to buy the tomatoes ,cuccumbers,peppers etc. We use to have a 4 to 5 course meal, now we just have 2!

I went to the store yesterday and I guess I had not paid too close of attention to prices but I was amazed at how little I got for my money. Potatoes, mlk, eggs, flour...it is outrageous!

not too much as I have always been a bargain hunter...you have to be to raise a family these days
