They are also stealing the catalytic converters off cars while they are in the driveway, grocery store, at work you name it.

No I don't because they will punch the tank and get it so they can't be seen as easy. They are able to get it faster that way to. Not much you can do it only takes a second or two.

My car came with one. Yes they are stealing gas...and here (FL) the stealing the catalytic converters off the cars...while they are parked in store parking lots.

 No I don't have one.  I also heard that they aren't very secure.  Someone that wants your gas is going to get it one way or another.

No,but I need one, the 2 brats next door keep taking it off and throwing it on the ground,until I caught them I thought someone was stealing my gas.

 It is on my to do list.  Having had a house breakin and my car burglarized in my driveway I seem to have lost trust leaving anything exposed.  Unfortunately the door to the gas locks from inside with a lever, but it is in such a position it catches on my clothing when I get out of the car so it sometimes is not secure.
